My aim for 2025 was to fill it with as much creativity and experimentation as I could.
As I look back now, I just want to say thank you for the support and that I appreciate everyone that bought products and supported the videos.

For 2026 there will be a Palms YouTube channel starting (for longer form content), a Harley Panhead build series and new products and parts.

I’m never happier than when I’m making things and so l hope that, along the way, my videos this year have inspired you a little bit to work on projects of your own.

Few bits from the workshop this week. Melting scrap brass and stacking parts ready for next week’s product launch, working on Part 16 (which will be out next Wednesday evening) and I made a tiny Panhead motor keyring/pendant, more as an experiment than anything else.
But it turned out nicely, so I’ll be doing a run of 50 of these, all stamped and numbered, to fund the next build (a human sized Panhead)

All new products will be live next week, including new T shirts, sand cast footpegs, pendants and micro Panhead keyrings.

Stoked to be finally pulling some decent castings from the lost wax process. Brass 1’’ cable/wire tidies, memento mori pendants and footpegs.

Just need to stack a few more of these goods and I’ll put a batch up for sale. Working on a new website/shop too.
Learning lost wax casting has been a real challenge over these past few weeks. But I was determined to figure it out so I can incorporate it into the next bike build series as it has so much potential for shapes and designs.

The lost wax experiments have continued this week.
I’m starting to figure it out and have made 1’’ motorcycle clamps and brass pendants.
It’s a fascinating process and will allow me to make some interesting parts on the next build.

I’m filming and editing part 16 now too after finishing setting up the new shop. Can’t wait to share that one with you all.

The new workshop is awesome - there’s been a few teething problems earlier this week with power supply issues, no internet and me blowing up the kiln on the second burn have but we’re back to full speed baby

I’m also working on a new memento mori style brass keyring. I’ve just got the prototype out of the sand and I’m pretty stoked! Still a bit to do but will have these available as soon as they’re dialled in.

A few shots of the sled now it’s back together.

The fork shrouds and rear shocks have been finished in a carbon black cerakote and the tins in this textured finish charcoal kinda deal and I’m stoked!

Thank you @ts_engineering_services for the killer work on them.

I also cast a brass headtube badge, a dual oil line guide clamp thing and made a one-off back for the clutch lever.

Working on part 15, the footpegs, which I’ll get finished as soon as I’m back. Promise!

Sand casted using recycled plumbing scraps and made one at a time, they feature a hand carved reaper wolf on the front and some 3-D deets on the back.

I’m working on the first batch now (which will be in the shop soon) and will have some available at @the101run show in a couple of weeks.

Spent so many nights lying awake trying to figure this one out 🤷‍♂️ So I’m psyched I can sleep now.

2024 is a wrap! This year took me by surprise, I never expected this build series to be seen by so many people and everybody’s support has blown me away.
